1. Accurate product validation and Maximum insured satisfaction
• Near 100% product validation and accurate replacement quotation/replacement • Responsiveness • Fast turnaround • Extensive customization and "build-to-order" computer products to meet
insured requirement • Face to face consultation in area where MBI reseller outlet is located
Note: From our experience, majority of desktop computers lost or damaged were "clone" or
"build-to-order" computers. Unlike other suppliers (replacing "clone" with brand name such as HP/Compaq), MBI, using its "build-to-order" facility, can replace clone computer accurately and cost
effectively. For notebook, MBI offerings include not only major brand such as HP/Compaq, IBM and Toshiba but also the offerings extend to products such as Lucky Goldstar (LG), Pioneer, Acer,
Fujitsu, ASUS, etc.
2. Protection of Insured's privacy • MBI privacy policy is strictly followed • Whenever possible, paperless document handling - reduces breach of privacy policy
3. Wider product coverage As a distributor, MBI has wider product range and works closely with major manufacturers such as HP/Compaq, Toshiba, IBM, Sony, etc. If customised
